OHM integrates safety management, hearing conservation, case management, encounter log, medical surveillance, drug and alcohol screening with true random list generation, pulmonary function, absenteeism with FMLA, scheduling, wellness and health promotion, body fluid exposure tracking, blood borne pathogen training management, hepatitis B, PPD/tuberculosis management, respirator fit testing, ergonomic evaluation, job/task demand analysis, multiple client management, industrial hygiene, immunization compliance and vaccinations, and medical billing. Also integrated within the system is the ability to track physicals/training due for each individual, training management for history of courses offered, classes and completion results. The system includes OSHA injury/illness and clinic visit log, progress notes, OSHA 300 series & HIPAA Compliance. State Worker’s Comp and Federal forms as well as extensive reports to include, but not limited to incident rates, statistical analysis of injuries and illnesses and the ability to create ad-hoc reports. OHM allows automatic data updates from popular HR systems and instrument interfaces for audiometers, spirometers, ECGs, Titmus vision screening, breathalyzers and laboratories. Additional modules available include MSDS Management, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Medical Review Officer (MRO) and an interface to the Official Disability Guidelines/Treatments for Worker’s Comp data offered through Workloss Data Institute.
