The death of one man working in a roadside construction zone and serious injury to another have led to reckless driving charges against the co-worker who struck them with his truck.

New sources say the 47-year-old driver of the truck will be arraigned today on charges including reckless driving causing death, reckless driving causing serious impairment, work zone death and work zone injury.

The man, who has not been identified by authorities pending arraignment, was behind the wheel of a truck that struck and killed 47-year-old David Wolf and injured 46-year-old Wilbert King. Wolf and King were doing patch work on the roadway March 23rd when the truck struck them from behind.

Wolf died from his injuries at a local hospital. King was treated for serious injuries to his abdomen and leg.

Video from a nearby surveillance camera captured the moments before the crash.
