Fortune magazine promotes corporate social responsibility

An upcoming issue of Fortune will feature a special advertising section on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), showcasing corporations' innovative CSR policies and practices. The section will appear in the May 26 issue.

Corporate Social Responsibility, a business philosophy that balances public, corporate and social policy with profit goals, is gaining traction in company boardrooms. Some CEOs now see long-term bottom line value in integrating environmental protection; labor rights, relations and standards; stakeholder diversity; work-life issues; human and civil rights; investment in developing countries and disadvantaged communities; and philanthropy.

Fortune's special advertising section is designed to help these CEOs present their CSR initiatives to readers. Full-page advertisers will receive a 1/3-page case study.
