OSHA will hold a meeting of the National Advisory Committee on Occupational Safety and Health (NACOSH) July 15, 2009, to discuss topics including the agency's recordkeeping initiative and ethics rules.

The meeting will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Room N-3437 A/B/C, U.S. Department of Labor, Frances Perkins Building, 200 Constitution Ave., N.W., Washington, D.C. 20210.

The tentative agenda also includes a presentation on the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act panel report on occupational exposure to diacetyl and food flavorings containing diacetyl. Updates on OSHA and the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health activities will also be presented.

The committee advises the Secretary of Labor and the Secretary of Health and Human Services on matters related to the administration of the OSH Act of 1970.
