In an effort to embrace the modern business culture, Sempermed USA, Inc., one of the world’s leading manufacturers of hand protection, is formally entering the realm of social media, according to a recent company press release.

The decision to contribute to popular social networking websites is the direct result of the company’s desire to build a relationship with members of the health care and industrial markets.

“We plan to set ourselves apart from other suppliers currently involved in social networking through active participation across multiple forums,” Brooke Rosenberg, marketing manager for Sempermed said.

To kick start its social media campaign, Sempermed will utilize a Twitter account, a LinkedIn group, and a corporate blog. Those concerned with hand protection will find that being connected to Sempermed is highly beneficial, as the company plans to generate daily updates relating to the disposable glove industry.
