L’Oreal CEO: “Expectations (for sustainable actions) are extremely high”

L'OrealL’Oreal has published its 2011 Sustainable Development Report in the form of a printable summary in the corporate website. This section presents the commitments and updated initiatives of L’Oreal, its brands and affiliates worldwide towards sustainable development. It includes GRI-based data sheets certified at the B+ Application Level. Click here to view the report.

Jean-Paul Agon, L’Oreal Chairman and CEO, declares:

Providing access to products that enhance well-being, mobilizing its innovative strength to preserve the beauty of the planet and supporting local communities.

Sustainable development objectives for 2005-2015: 50% reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, waste generated and water consumption per finished product.
