ABUS, a global industry leader in safety and security solutions, has acquired its former partner company, APSCO, situated in Phoenix, Arizona. This acquisition will help the company expand their sales and production efforts in the United States.

Now operating as ABUS USA LLC, the company anticipates a smooth transition. Current services and delivery dates will not be affected as all APSCO employees will continue their work under the new ABUS leadership.
