Arbill, a Philadelphia-based provider ofworkplace safetyproducts, services and training, gives back to communities in need.

Arbill’s Disaster Relief Give Back Program works well with its “Make It Home Safe” mission because it provides safety products for those who truly need it — when every second counts.

Arbill’s mission is to ensure that each worker returns home safe, every day.

Arbill President and CEO Julie Copeland emphasizes that this mission is honored and fulfilled by creating cultures of safety — and this takes a team effort.

“We believe we have an obligation to give back to the community and are committed to helping others, particularly those who are the victims of natural disasters” says Copeland. “We would not be honoring our mission to bring workers home safe every day if we did not provide extra assistance to those who truly need it. Workplace safety shouldn’t be limited to the organizations that can afford the superior safety services and products we offer.”

Arbill’s Give Back program takes a philanthropic approach to ensuring workplace safety. Arbill makes a donation of safety equipment — on behalf of each organization that partners with the safety supplier — to disaster relief agencies.

The most recent beneficiary of Arbill’s philanthropy was Convoy of Hope, a non-profit which supplied much needed support for both the Sandy Relief Effort and the Moore, OK Disaster Relief.

“The Arbill team is pleased to be able to play a small part in assisting those who have been impacted by a natural disaster. As these victims begin to put their lives back together, Arbill’s donations of gloves, eye protection and other safety-related items assures they receive the immediate and added safety protection they need,” says Copeland. “We are able to supply crucial safety-related items at a time when they are so desperately needed.”
