Bullard promotes Eric Pasch to Pres/COO

Bullard has announced the promotion of Eric Pasch to President and Chief Operating Officer beginning January 1, 2011. Pasch is succeeding the Company’s President and CEO for the past twelve years, Rick Miller. Miller will remain Bullard’s CEO in 2011 and will serve the Company in an advisory role as a member of Bullard’s Board of Directors beginning in 2012. Under Miller’s leadership, Bullard has profitably grown its personal protective equipment business in the U.S. as well as internationally.

Pasch joined Bullard in 1999 as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He will lead the Company’s growth efforts with his financial management skills, manufacturing operations experience and his international orientation. Pasch will manage all functional operations of the Company worldwide.

In addition, Bullard is announcing that Jim Vogel is joining the Company as Vice President of Marketing and Sales. Vogel brings 25 years of experience in marketing and sales management in the flame and gas detection segment of the safety industry. He will be responsible for the Company’s marketing and sales efforts worldwide. Prior to joining Bullard, Vogel served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Detector Electronics Corporation in Minneapolis, MN.
