Labor Department officials to testify before House committee on Miner Safety and Health Act of 2010 (7/13)

Solicitor of Labor M. Patricia Smith, Assistant Secretary of Labor for Mine Safety and Health Joseph A. Main and Assistant Secretary of Labor for OSHA Dr. David Michaels will testify today on the Miner Safety and Health Act of 2010 legislation before the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Education and Labor, according to an OSHA press release.
Testimony will take place at 3 p.m. in the House Education and Labor Committee Hearing Room, 2175 Rayburn House Office Building, Washington, D.C.
