Our company distributed the policy b/c so many of our employees are outside sales reps & technicians (in addition to law). While I don't believe it is 100% effective, it has created awareness. I've heard reports of our employees pulling over to make phone calls or answer texts. The Management also has to set an example. Many of them use drive time to catch up on calls they need to make but doing so negates the policy's efforts.
