Jeffrey S. Oakley is the Director of the Gulf Coast Safety Institute and was previously employed as a safety engineer by Boeing, and was an Assistant Professor of Occupational Safety and Industrial Hygiene at the University of Houston-Clear Lake He is an ASSE Professional Member.
