Following a series of gas leaks that killed and injured workers, the world’s second largest maker of DRAM computer chips says it will beef up safety at its facilities.
News sources report that in the latest incident involving the South Korean company, SK hynix, three contract workers died in April from a gas leak at a construction site of the firm’s new chip production line in Icheon.
