Fatigue, excess speed caused NJ truck-limo accident that injured Tracy Morgan
The probable cause of the accident last year in New Jersey that killed comic James McNair and critically injured actor Tracy Morgan and three others was driver fatigue, according to the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), which released its preliminary findings on the incident yesterday. Morgan is reportedly still recovering from his injuries.
On June 7, 2014, a truck-tractor with semitrailer operated by Walmart Transportation LLC struck a slowly moving 2012 limo van near Cranbury, New Jersey -- the first of several collisions that ultimately involved 21 people and six vehicles.
