Larson Electronics launches lights behind the camera
Larson Electronics' four foot two lamp fixtures will appear in the sequel "The Divergent Series: Allegiant - Part 1," to be released in March of 2016. The HAL-48-2L is a hazardous area fluorescent light fixture that is Class 1 Division 2 Groups A, B, C, and D approved, has a T4A temperature rating and ideal for locations where flammable chemical/petrochemical vapors may be encountered. The lamps are protected by an aluminum framed shatter and heat resistant clear acrylic lens secured with ten draw latches. The fixture is constructed of copper free aluminum alloy and is available with brackets for surface mounting, as well as a pendant mount option.
The EPL-SL-10-LED explosion proof string light set from Larson Electronics is rumored to be in the bat cave in the new movie "Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice", scheduled to hit theaters in March 2016. This explosion proof string light set contains a total of ten 10 watt LED work lights equipped with aluminum hooks and connected in series along 90' of 14/3 SOOW cord. A molded T junction is mounted every ten feet, with three feet of 16/3 SOOW cord connecting a single drop light to the backbone. The cord on this unit is terminated in a Class 1, Division 1 explosion proof plug for complete protection. A 25' tail section of main SOOW cord is included to allow ample length for connection to power sources.
