AIHA seeks safety pro who’s made extraordinary contributions to IH
The American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) is seeking nominations for its highly coveted Fellow Award, which will be presented at the 2017 American Industrial Hygiene Conference and Exposition (AIHce), held June 4-7 in Seattle, WA. The Fellow Award was established to recognize individuals who have been full AIHA members in good standing for a minimum of 15 years, and have made extraordinary contributions to industrial hygiene or related disciplines, either through research, leadership, publications, education, or service to AIHA.
Each year, a member of an AIHA Volunteer Group Committee, Local Section, Special Interest Group, and other formal entities may nominate one individual for the Fellow Award. At-large nominations will also be accepted, with the exception that individuals may not self-nominate. The Fellow classification is an exclusive distinction, limited to no more than five percent of the AIHA membership.
