Murders more likely in workplaces allowing weapons
Murders are three times more likely to occur in workplaces that permit employees to carry weapons than in workplaces that prohibit all weapons, according to a new study published in the American Journal of Public Health.
And that risk doubles when the weapons are guns, say researchers from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
