The owner of a construction company in Georgia finds himself under the scrutiny of OSHA for the 16th time since 1999, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

OSHA has cited Buford-based European Craft Construction and its owner Ioan Tampa for workplace safety violations at a Chillicothe, Ohio, worksite. The agency has proposed penalties of $242,500.
