A judge has refused to postpone collection of a $1 million fine imposed on the owners of The Station nightclub in West Warwick, R.I., for failing to carry workers' compensation insurance before February's deadly fire, according to The Associated Press.
The Feb. 20 blaze killed 100 people, including four club employees, and injured nearly 200 others.
