Ergodyne was recently named one of the 100 Best Companies to Work for in 2012 by Minnesota Business magazine. According to the publication, the goal of the first annual competition was to salute organizations in Minnesota that are setting the standard for leadership, benefits, best work environment, innovative training programs and employee happiness.
“When you wake up in the morning and are actually excited to go to work, you know you’ve found a special place,” said Nicole Johnson, Event Coordinator, Ergodyne. “The free coffee, catered lunches and fully-loaded gym are great perks. But for me, it’s really the people, the work and the constant challenge to be better.”
