Many areas within the environmental health and safety (EHS) industry rely on extensive training and competency of the workforce to avoid any critical safety incidents.
In addition to initial training, change management occurs on a daily basis. Processes change, new products are created, and new work environments need to be set up. To keep up with this rapid cycle of change, a company must continually educate its employees and maintain that education to keep pace with changing processes. This is done through a systematic training management program.
