More than 5,000 industrial hygiene and occupational and environmental health and safety professionals are expected to convene in Montreal, Canada for educational sessions, innovative presentations, a bustling Expo and plentiful networking opportunities.
AIHce 2013 will have many different educational formats, including a large selection of Professional Development Courses (PDC) in classroom settings designed to provide expert knowledge, practical tools and essential skills that can be applied immediately; Podium Sessions (PO): 20-minute presentations on scientific research, case studies, or professional practice that focus on a particular topic; Roundtable (RT) discussions, in which various viewpoints present balanced perspectives, comparisons and/or controversies in current issues; Science Symposiums (SS): roundtable offering a high level of scientific content; EHS Crossover Programs (CR) that provide practical information on safety and environmental topics; Poster Sessions (PS): graphic illustrations of scientific research, case studies, or professional practice and Interactive Sessions that allow for networking with colleagues in small but highly active group settings.
