The concept of personalization is not new. In the consumer world, personalized products abound — from personalized stationary and calendars to custom t-shirts to monogrammed gifts and more. A more recent trend is applying personalization (on an individual or company level) to industrial workplaces through visual identification products to call attention to safety campaigns, generate interest for company programs and boost employee morale.
Employers and employees are familiar with OSHA signage that features a bold header stating the degree of the hazard, followed by a succinct warning statement. In many cases, the law requires these signs to be posted.
