After driving the wrong way on a highway and causing multiple crashes – while being pursued by police – a Kentucky-licensed truck driver has lost his right to drive commercial vehicles.
Dalton McCoy Lampley was declared an imminent hazard to public safety by the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), which ordered him not to operate any commercial motor vehicle in interstate commerce. Lampley was served the federal order on March 31, 2017.
