You are invited to a FREE webcast that will demonstrate the modern day techniques used by companies that have successfully identified the right ingredients and ultimate recipe to dramatically improve safety.

As a safety professional you have undoubtedly noticed insanity in action; in this case defined as “a company doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” To positively impact safety it’s time to stop taking your cues from “from the bean counters” and to start taking them from advertising gurus and behavioral specialists who truly understand what motivates change.

The methods highlighted in this session are ideally suited for organizations that already have a good to great culture but that still know there is room for improvement.

During this session you will:

  • Learn why engagement is key to driving behavior change
  • Learn the dos and don’ts of recognition / rewards programs
  • Learn why branding and communication are crucial for success
  • Receive information about resources and potential partners

The Safety Selfie: It’s time to take a “snap shot” of your safety program and contemplate what others see

We all know perception is reality and that people perceive things differently. As a safety manager, your perception of your safety program almost certainly differs from that of your workers and your managers. We will use our “Safety Selfies” to expose weaknesses, real and perceived, and to talk about how best to make improvements.
