This program provides focused skill building in the critical areas of leadership and management development with the objective of bridging the gap between environmental health and safety technical skills and leadership skills essential for achieving functional excellence. Professionals with responsibilities in environment, health, and safety need leadership and management skills to make strategic contributions to their organization. Participants will gain the management training needed to develop strategies for integrating a culture of safety and sustainability into their organizations.
