How to Engage, Recognize, Communicate, & Measure the Four Pillars of Safety

4/24/13 2:00 pm to 4/24/14 2:00 pm EST
Contact: Jacqlyn Ucinski

You are invited to a free webcast that will provide a detailed description of the “Four Pillars of Safety”. The presentation will explain how these pillars should be used to support every aspect of a companies’ safety program and how properly constructing and maintaining each of these pillars is essential for a great safety culture.

The pillars not only support and organize tactics (like VPP & BBS) they ultimately protect a companies’ most important asset; its people.

The presentation will provide practical recommendations for strengthening each pillar, including:

  • Engagement - “the connection points” that allows people to bond in meaningful ways
  • Recognition - “the energy” that is inherently desired in human behavior
  • Communications - “the wiring” that forms two-way interactions between all parties
  • Measurement - “the input stream” necessary to make informed decisions
