Sitehawk delivers flexibility and innovation with labeling enhancements

SiteHawk communicator enhancements help businesses maintain labeling compliance

October 25, 2017

SiteHawk, the global leader in chemical data management and compliance solutions, announced the latest enhancements to its chemical data management solution, SiteHawk Communicator, today. By integrating SiteHawk’s industry-leading expertise in chemical data with best of breed labeling technology, the combined solution delivers comprehensive and flexible labeling tools for organizations in every industry worldwide.

SiteHawk’s chemical data management system, SiteHawk Communicator, unlocks safety data sheets, making data such as signal words, hazard and precautionary statements and pictograms tangible for use on chemical labels. However, labeling requirements vary across industries, corporations and even within facilities and geographies. To meet these diverse needs, SiteHawk Communicator provides enhancements including more robust functionality such as configurable label types and sizes, dynamic whitespace management, customized labels and output to sheet and roll printers.

With the release of the new enhancements, businesses in every industry can use their existing resources and SiteHawk’s user-friendly interface to print GHS-compliant chemical labels in any size, with customized data, to sheet and roll printers on site. Users have the ability to incorporate data directly from the latest SDS, add QR codes for easy SDS access and include customized site-specific information. New enhancements include the ability to create custom labels or utilize a label wizard that guides users through step-by-step label configuration. The addition of these features helps EHS teams simplify compliance, utilize internal resources and save valuable time across all facilities.

“SiteHawk’s labeling enhancements deliver a comprehensive and flexible solution to meet GHS labeling needs,” said Kimberley Williams, chief marketing officer of SiteHawk. “The functionality marries integrated data management and cross-functional governance to drive safety, compliance and operational excellence.”

In an effort to provide the most innovative, relevant and user-friendly chemical data management solution in the industry, SiteHawk deploys regular product releases including enhancements to current functionality and new application features. SiteHawk’s upcoming enhancements include exciting new interactive analytics and downloadable SDS Binders for offline use.
