Everything from human behavior to sprinkler protection will be covered at the upcoming Suppression, Detection and Signaling Research and Applications conference (SUPDET) – the 15th annual gathering of the Fire Protection Research Foundation.

An affiliate of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the foundation plans, manages, and communicates consortium-funded research on a broad range of fire safety issues in collaboration with scientists and laboratories around the world.

At this year’s conference in Orlando, Florida, professionals from around the world will meet to exchange ideas, innovations and up-to-date research on topics like detection, water mist, clean agents and developments at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory. Thirty-five presentations will earn attendees CEUS, and an interactive workshop on Fire Protection Challenges in Telecommunications and Information Centers will be available to registrants.
