Kimberly-Clark Professional donates safety gear to Indiana flood cleanup

Kimberly-Clark Professional announced it is donating thousands of health and hygiene products to help Columbus, Ind., businesses and residents clean up after recent flooding.

“We know that Columbus was hit very hard by these storms and the flooding that followed,” said Drew Barfoot, vice president of Kimberly-Clark Professional, North America. “We hope this donation will provide some assistance to the business community, and the area as a whole, as it recovers from these events.”

The donation. Presented to the city by HP Products, a local distributor of Kimberly-Clark Professional products, includes: 10,000 WypAll L40 Wipers, a general-purpose disposable wiper that absorbs liquids, lubricants and oils; 1,824 pairs of KleenGuard gloves; 960 KleenGuard M-Series particulate respirators.

Kimberly-Clark Professional offers a range of well-known brands and product solutions for workplace settings, Do-It-Yourselfers (DIY) and away-from-home washrooms. Located in Roswell, Ga.,
