BLR® – Business & Legal Resources partners with Aarcher, Inc. to help U.S. companies reduce environmental compliance risk

Creating a new opportunity for ehs managers to keep current on changing state and federal requirements

July 17, 2015

Business & Legal Resources, the leading provider of compliance and training services for safety and environmental markets, today announced a partnership  with Aarcher, Inc., a leading provider of environmental management consulting and compliance training. The companies will deliver a variety of training programs to support environmental, health, and safety (EHS) professionals responsible for navigating operational risk, meeting regulatory challenges, and achieving environmental management goals.

“In today’s fast-changing regulatory climate, environmental managers need effective means of keeping current. That’s why we created the Aarcher Institute of Environmental Training in 2005 and why we’ve chosen to partner with BLR, the trusted source of current state and Federal environmental regulatory requirements and best practices”, said Craig J. Schwartz, President of Aarcher.

The first offering of this partnership will be Environmental Navigator 2015™, an annual two-day training seminar covering EPA regulatory changes, policy changes, new environmental regulatory interpretations, discussions of practical compliance strategies, and anticipated changes and trends. This seminar offers a unique opportunity for EHS professionals to obtain a comprehensive, annual update on the hundreds of recent changes made by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and states.

“Environmental compliance can be a huge challenge for companies of all sizes. That’s why we’re excited to work with Aarcher. Together we will develop and deliver innovative environmental compliance training programs that produce results and contribute to the health and safety of workers and the environment. It’s our priority”, said Patricia Trainor, Vice President of Content and Events at BLR.
