Pelican Products, the global leader in the design and manufacture of both advanced lighting systems and virtually indestructible cases, has appointed Michael Brunskill as Director of Customer Service.

Brunskill will be tasked with leading Pelican’s National Customer Care Teams and developing the organization to ensure that Pelican’s customer service is second to none in the industry. “Pelican is legendary for its reliable products and personal customer service. We look forward to the great things Michael will bring to this already exemplary team,” said Stephan Corti, Pelican Products, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. “We are fortunate to be working with someone of his caliber and I know he will be a valuable asset as Pelican expands its business and world class product offerings.”

Brunskill brings more than 20 years of customer support and strategic project management experience to his new position. Prior to joining Pelican, he served in several key customer care management positions where he led multi-national teams to meet and exceed corporate objectives for large corporations including Cardinal Health (now CareFusion) and Airtouch Cellular (now Verizon Wireless). Most recently, he served as Vice President of Customer Operations for Source Refrigeration, a leading retail refrigeration service company.

Brunskill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton as well as several professional certifications in management, operations and lean manufacturing.
