Ergodyne named one of best companies to work forErgodyne was recently named one of the 100 Best Companies to Work for in 2012 by Minnesota Business magazine. According to the publication, the goal of the first annual competition was to salute organizations in Minnesota that are setting the standard for leadership, benefits, best work environment, innovative training programs and employee happiness.

“When you wake up in the morning and are actually excited to go to work, you know you’ve found a special place,” said Nicole Johnson, Event Coordinator, Ergodyne. “The free coffee, catered lunches and fully-loaded gym are great perks. But for me, it’s really the people, the work and the constant challenge to be better.”

“We are stoked to be named a ‘Best Company to Work For’ in 2012,” said Tom Votel, CEO and president of Ergodyne. “Ergodyne’s mission is to Make the Workplace a Betterplace™, and we take that seriously on the home front too. We’ve got a great group of folks and a fun, hardworking vibe.”

Winners were determined based on results from independent research group, Gilmore Research. “Ergodytes” (as they call themselves) accepted the award at the Depot Renaissance Hotel in Minneapolis on June 4, 2012.
