Ergodyne has been named one of the “Best Places to Work” in the small business category by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, a list that includes companies with 25-49 employees in a wide range of industries across the Twin Cities.
To determine award recipients, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal conducts an anonymous employee survey regarding their company culture, communication efforts, leadership, benefits and more.
This marks the fourth time the St. Paul-based safety company has made the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s annual list.
