The Navigator awards were established as the standard of excellence within the SMA family for demonstration of value, impact and commitment to the business and principles that SMA stands for.

Deb USA was specifically recognized for their utilization of the O.S.C.A.R. system during sales meetings conducted with SMA members. SMA’s O.S.C.A.R. (Optimizing Strategic Coalition to Accelerate Results) program was designed to unite distributors and suppliers to address challenges faced by customers and the market. The organization recognizes both SMA members and suppliers who hosted or conducted qualified meetings using the O.S.C.A.R. process.
