Save the date for the International Safety Equipment Association’s (ISEA) 2018 Executive Summit, May 6 – 8 at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Pentagon City, within the Washington DC Metro Area.

ISEA’s Executive Summit is the association’s premier executive conference, bringing senior management together with industry and policy leaders, to join in thought-provoking discussions about driving industry-wide growth through effective policies.

This year, the summit presents political analyst, Amy Walter, national editor of the Cook Political Report, and Kenneth Kies, former chief of staff of the Congressional Joint Committee on Taxation, where he was responsible for developing and analyzing all tax legislation for the House Ways and Means Committee, the Senate Finance Committee, and other committees of the Congress.

Amy Walter is known for her accurate, objective, and insightful political analysis with unparalleled access to campaign insiders and decision-makers. She is the former political director of ABC News. She is also a regular panelist on NBC’s Meet the Press, Fox News’ Special Report with Bret Baier, CBS’ Face the Nation, and provides political analysis for the PBS NewsHour.

Kenneth Kies is currently the managing director of the Federal Policy Group, an organization providing strategic and technical tax advice on tax policy matters. Mr. Kies has delivered significant legislative and regulatory results for his clients, which include major corporations, trade associations, and coalitions of companies with common objectives.

ISEA is lining up other key policy leaders to speak about topics important to the PPE industry.

On the evening of May 7th, Executive Summit attendees are invited to a private and unique, behind-the-scenes tour of the Mount Vernon mansion, that will also include a guided tour of the Mount Vernon Rare Book and Manuscripts Room, a rich resource of rare books and documents related to George Washington, his family, and life at Mount Vernon. On the tour, George Washington Scholars will discuss General Washington’s military strategy and his political strategy for guiding the newly-formed nation.

On May 8th, the final day of the Executive Summit, don’t miss the “town-hall” style meeting with key Republican and Democratic political pundits, providing insight into their respective parties and the current political climate, and taking your pressing questions.
