The circumstances surrounding an accident Monday that claimed the life of a young auto dealership employee have not yet been disclosed by official sources, although a local television station reported seeing a badly damaged bay door at the facility following the fatality.

The incident occurred at Bill Talley Automotive in Richmond, Virginia. The Henrico County Police Department said the victim in Monday’s incident at Bill Talley Automotive was 24-year-old Jamison Paul Garrett. No details were forthcoming, but ABC 8 News showed images of the damaged bay door – and a crew that was in the process of repairing it.

OSHA is investigating.
