The Ohio Safety Congress & Expo® (OSC24®) has announced their keynote speakers for the upcoming event on March 27 and 28.

Amidst Brett Culp’s insights into transformational change and Eduardo Garcia’s survival story, learn valuable lessons, solve immense challenges, and connect with industry professionals.

The keynotes will take place each day at 9 a.m., in-person and live-streamed from the Greater Columbus Convention Center, to hear these nationally recognized speakers.

Wednesday, March 27

Brett Culp presents "Energizing your future: Lead, adapt, and grow during transformational change."

Immerse yourself in an unforgettable experience with Brett Culp, a visionary documentary filmmaker. Through his memorable keynote, Brett unveils a fresh perspective on leadership, centered around the employee experience. Drawing from his filmmaking journeys, he shares powerful stories and provides actionable ideas and practical insights on building employee engagement, mentoring with humanity, and facing adversity during groundbreaking change.

His keynote addresses are more than just talks! Prepare to be immersed in a unique encounter, weaving together powerful cinematic storytelling and insights that transcend the traditional.

Thursday, March 28

Eduardo Garcia presents "Get charged."

“Bag of bones with a heartbeat” was the description given by the doctor on call when Eduardo Garcia was admitted to the burn trauma ICU after being electrocuted by 2400 volts of electricity. He survived 21 surgeries over 52 days before being discharged.

You'll find his keynote address raw, stirring, and personal. Eduardo digs into the human experience of knowing pain. He proposes a scenario whereby we rethink our experience, be they positive or negative experiences and instead utilize all of life’s experiences as fuel in the process of continually forging ourselves into becoming stronger representations of who we really are — and who we can become.

You don’t want to miss either of these sessions. OSC24® runs March 27-29. Register today at www.OhioSafetyCongress.com.
