ISN® Launches Industry-First Build-and-Deliver Training Tool for Contractors

December 6, 2024

ISN announced the launch of My Company Training, a new feature exclusively available to ISN contractor customers within the all-inclusive ISNetworld subscription. Contractor companies can now leverage My Company Training to easily build, assign, and deliver their own trainings on topics such as safety, worker onboarding, compliance, and more. This new feature, when combined with ISN’s complimentary LMS content and client training tool enables organizations to create, access, and deliver content to workers through one centralized platform, ISNetworld.

Of the 3,000,000 customer training courses taken to date, more than 300,000 have been completed through the award-winning mobile app for workers, Empower. My Company Training will help accelerate content creation and training delivery so workers have all the information they need to be work-ready while on the go. Subscribed customers can easily assign uploaded or created content in My Company Training to workers by location, requirement, or type of work through ISN’s Worker Readiness and Knowledge tool.

Mustang Wireline Services, LLC., recently provided feedback on its initial use of My Company Training. Matt Lyons, Asset and HS Supervisor at Mustang Wireline Services, LLC., shared, “My Company Training has the potential to alleviate a lot of unnecessary classroom gathering time by allowing workers to complete trainings on their phone or tablet from wherever they are. We are working in the oilfield - it’s hard to get everyone together and it takes away from other important work needing to be done. This new training tool provides great time savings and allows us to rapidly inform and train our personnel as new trainings arise.”

The release of My Company Training follows the launch of Toolbox Talks, a Generative AI powered feature available through the Empower app. This tool is designed to digitize and maximize the impact of the traditional jobsite ‘toolbox talk’ and help workers do their jobs in a safe manner. Users worldwide leverage Empower to manage their work-readiness information digitally. ISN will continue to release new features within Empower that make it easier for workers to access and complete training and manage their qualifications through the app.

Workers can download the free Empower app at https://www.joinempower.com/. For more information about Empower and the new My Company Training feature, visit https://insights.isnetworld.com/empower-features.
