Goodway Technologies Celebrates 60 Years

Goodway Technologies, a global leader in industrial maintenance and cleaning solutions, celebrates its 60th anniversary. This marks six decades of innovation, customer-focused innovation, and a commitment to making maintenance safer, faster, and more effective.

Founded in 1966, Goodway Technologies began with a simple but powerful mission—to solve real maintenance challenges by listening to the people who face them every day. That philosophy has resulted in breakthrough technologies that reshaped industrial cleaning practices.

Goodway Technologies’ earliest innovation was creating a solution for boiler cleaning which was dangerous, physically demanding and required manual tools. Goodway Technologies recognized the need for a safer, more effective solution and introduced the SAM-3, originally known as the “Soot Vac,” which revolutionized boiler cleaning and remains in use worldwide.

The company’s early beginnings involved ideas sketched on napkins and long drives to customer sites. These experiences shaped a culture built on curiosity and a relentless focus on customer needs.

As Goodway Technologies celebrates this milestone, the company continues to expand its product portfolio, including advancements in chemical descaling, dry steam cleaning, HVAC maintenance and industrial cleaning and sanitation solutions.

As industries around the world face mounting pressures including heightened regulations, rising energy demands and supply chain volatility, Goodway Technologies continues to help overcome those challenges by designing solutions to help facilities stay resilient and successfully adapt.

“From the early days introducing a single product that revolutionized boiler cleaning to today’s hundreds of systems and thousands of accessories, our goal remains to provide innovative solutions that help customers work faster, safer, and more effectively,” said Tim Kane, President and CEO of Goodway Technologies. “Their challenges drive our innovation, and their success is the foundation of our legacy.”

The company has grown into a global provider of industrial maintenance solutions, with offices in Germany and the United Arab Emirates and customers in more than 120 countries. This international presence enables Goodway Technologies to serve industries with local expertise and faster access to advanced cleaning and maintenance solutions with leaders assisting all customers before, during, and after they choose to work with a Goodway product.
