Arkansas: Repeals the mold licensing act – Pending
Arizona: Establishes a mold assessor and remediator certification – Pending
Florida: Repeals mold licensing act – Pending
New Jersey: Provides for registration of mold inspectors and remediators – Withdrawn
New Jersey: Creates mold safe housing act – Pending
New Jersey: Requires certification of mold inspectors and abatement workers –Pending
New Jersey: Requires establishment of PEL for mold exposure – Pending
New York: Requires standards for remediation of mold – Pending
New York: Requires certification for mold remediation and assessment – Pending
New York: Establishes toxic mold safety and protection act – Pending
Rhode Island: Creates a mold advisory board
