The Board of Directors of E.D. Bullard Company has appointed Eric D. Pasch as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2012.  Mr. Pasch joined Bullard in 1999 as Director of Finance and was quickly promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, positions he held until last year. In January 2011, Mr. Pasch was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Pasch succeeds Richard C. Miller who joined Bullard in 1985. Mr. Miller has served as the Company’s President and CEO since December 1998. In late 2010, Mr. Miller announced his intention to retire at the end of 2011. Mr. Miller will remain an advisor to the Company in 2012 and will continue to serve on its Board of Directors.

Product lines include thermal imagers, hard hats, firefighter and rescue helmets, supplied air respirators, powered air-purifying respirators, and air quality equipment. Bullard is headquartered in Cynthiana, Kentucky.
