Wells Bullard appointed CEO of Bullard, Chief Operating Officer Peter Lugo promoted to President

November 15, 2017

Edward D. “Jed” Bullard, Chairman of the Bullard Board of Directors, has named Victoria “Wells” Bullard as the Company’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. A family-owned company, Wells Bullard represents the fifth generation of family leadership at Bullard.

Ms. Bullard succeeds Eric D. Pasch, who retired from the Company after 18 years of service. As one of her first acts as CEO, Ms. Bullard promoted Peter Lugo from Chief Operating Officer to President.

“I am humbled to have the opportunity to lead this company into the next generation,” said Ms. Bullard. “I welcome the challenge, and I recognize what a great responsibility it is.” The Company, which has served workers in the safety industry since 1898, is a leader in manufacturing firefighter and rescue helmets, thermal imaging cameras, head and face protection products, and respiratory protective equipment.

“We have been in the safety business since before safety was required,” added Ms. Bullard. “We are unified by a common purpose: to keep workers safe and ensure that they go home safely to their loved ones at the end of the day.”
