Streamlight announces staff changes to Industrial and Fire sales team

Streamlight® Inc., a leading provider of high-performance flashlights, today announced staff changes to strengthen its Industrial and Fire sales division.

Geoff Evans, formerly Territory Sales Manager-Industrial and Fire division, has been promoted to National Accounts Manager - Industrial.  In this new role, Evans is responsible for driving sales through relationships with key national industrial accounts.  

Mike Garrett has been appointed West Coast Sales Manager for Streamlight’s Industrial and Fire division.  Garrett will work with independent sales representatives and distributors to increase sales revenues and expand the West Coast industrial and fire markets.   

“We are dedicated to identifying and promoting individuals who will contribute to the continued sales success of this company,” said Streamlight Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Michael Dineen. “Geoff Evans, who made important sales contributions as Territory Sales Manager, will now work with industrial national accounts by providing support, direction and information on customer needs.  And we are pleased to welcome Mike Garrett, who brings a broad range of sales experience to our Industrial and Fire division.”  
   
Evans joined Streamlight in 2007.  He previously was with R.C. Bremer Marketing Associates Inc., where he was responsible for representing manufacturers of industrial and fire safety products to the automotive, industrial, fire and safety markets.
 
Prior to joining R.C. Bremer Marketing, Evans served as an account manager with Hydro-Chem Systems Inc., where he was responsible for sales and marketing of industrial cleaning products to transportation fleets, food service companies and other industrial customers in Michigan.   A graduate of Central Michigan University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Evans resides in Kentwood, MI.

Prior to joining Streamlight, Garrett was a sales representative with Clark & Associates, a leading manufacturer’s representative company serving similar markets to Streamlight.

Garrett received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona. He resides in Chandler, AZ.
