Bradley swing-activated eye and eye/face wash units deliver long-lasting performance with new ceramic disc technology

March 21, 2013

All Bradley swing-activated eye and eye/face wash solutions have been re-designed with a new ceramic disc valve – extremely durable and built to last for a lifetime of activations. Also integrated into the swing-activated product line is Bradley’s innovative HALO™ eye and eye/face wash sprayhead, offering a superior wash pattern that provides the most effective contaminant relief available.Bradley swing-activated eye and eye/face wash

With the redesigned valve, water is controlled between two rotating ceramic discs, which fit closely together to create a water-tight seal. The precise 20° swing activation and deactivation helps reduce splashing before and after use. The hard ceramic valve is also corrosion-resistant, providing a superior wear-resistant surface for recurring valve activations. Static O-rings minimize wear and tear on moving parts, leading to longer-lasting performance.

All Bradley swing-activated safety solutions are constructed of chrome-plated brass pipe and fittings, and comply with ANSI Z358.1. Barrier-free models are also available. All side-swing models are easily reversible from left-to-right, without the need to open the valve.

Swing-activated safety solutions now available with HALO sprayhead technology

HALO eye and eye/face wash technology is now standard on all Bradley swing-activated safety solutions, including all deck, wall, and cabinet-mounted units. HALO protection provides users the most effective emergency relief available in the industry. HALO covers 85% of the user’s face, which provides 20% better protection than other eye/face washes. The unit is also equipped with hinged dust covers, antimicrobial protection and a compact eye wash design. Classic eye and eye/face wash sprayheads are still available with deck and wall-mounted units.

For more than 90 years, Bradley Corporation has designed and manufactured commercial washfountains, and today is the industry's comprehensive source for plumbing fixtures, washroom accessories, restroom partitions, emergency fixtures and solid plastic lockers. Headquartered in Wisconsin, Bradley serves the commercial, industrial, health care, recreation, education, and corrections markets worldwide.
