One of the most significant changes to European EHS legislation has recently occurred with REACH, the Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals regulation that came into force June 1, 2007.
Despite the ocean between us and the economic growth of Asia, Europe is the USA’s largest trading partner. Although it represents the “old country” or “old countries” to many Americans, it is undergoing constant change as a geopolitical area.
