Jessica Shields is the Product Marketing Manager responsible for Cority’s platform, BI/Analytics, and Mobile initiatives. She’s a seasoned marketing manager who has experience working in product marketing and channel and partner management. She has worked in leading organizations such as Rogers, Ceridian HCM, and AT&T Canada. Jessica has a passion for making products easier to sell and easier for customers to buy. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys photography and spending time with her family.
Over the past few months, I, along with some fellow Cority employees, had the opportunity to participate in a pilot with Fatigue Science to measure our sleep and fatigue levels. Fatigue Science combines wearable tech with biomathematical science from the U.S. Army Research Lab to offer unprecedented insight into sleep and fatigue.
Most companies have data that can be used to prioritize and analyze employees, processes or workspaces at elevated risk. But currently, most organizations must first compile and export their data from multiple EHSQ and HCM platforms and then analyze it outside of these applications.
