CPWR - The Center for Construction Research and Training recently launched the Safety Climate-Safety Management Information System (SC-SMIS); a free resource that can be used to strengthen jobsite safety climate to help reduce adverse safety outcomes. This new robust system builds on resources that CPWR has been developing since 2013. In this session, attendees will learn about the benefits of the SC-SMIS including how companies can use it to measure jobsite safety climate across eight leading indicators, download evidence-informed safety management policies and procedures to improve low-scoring indicators, and develop a plan to help put these resources into action.
