Both Black Ice FR™ and Silver Lining FR™ come in mock turtleneck style shirts and long underwear that feature exceptionally soft and lightweight fabric with unsurpassed breathability. Available in black and grey, these flame resistant base layers provide exceptional thermal and arc protection. Black Ice FR™ and Silver Lining FR™ are taking flame resistant base layer performance to the next level!

Made from just 6 ounces of FR blended fabric, Silver Lining FR™ provides an arc rating of 12 cal/cm2 and offers thermal protection when worn under aluminized PPE.  The Black Ice FR™ is constructed from 7.7 ounce fabric and delivers an arc rating of 15 cal/cm2, HRC 2 protection and exceptional thermal protection when worn under aluminized clothing.  Both flame resistant base layers meet and/or comply with the following standards/testing: ASTM F1506-10a, ASTM F2700, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.269, NFPA 70E Compliant, CSA Z462-15, and have passed ASTM F955 Molten Metal Performance when worn under aluminized clothing.
