Tillman introduces a new winter driver’s glove with WaterShield™ protective coating

Tillman
February 1, 2018

Just as winter continues to pound the nation, Tilman is pleased to debut their new winter glove for 2018, the 1403, that focuses on keeping hands warm, dry and you looking good.

The 1403 is a Winters Driver style glove made from Tillman’s supple, top grain Goatskin that outwears other leathers of the same weight with great abrasion resistance for durable hand protection yet offers that broken in feeling right off the shelf.  To keep hands dry and warm while working, the 1403 offers WaterShield, a waterproof coating impregnated into the leather and 100-gram Thinsulate™ C40 insulation for warmth.  “We are really excited about the WaterShield coating, users of the 1403 will have a better experience as water will not penetrate through the leather onto the fingers”, said Jeff Shipley Marketing Director for Tillman.  “When you team WaterShield with 100gram Thinsulate from 3M® you get a glove that keeps people working while keeping their hands warm and dry”.

When developing the 1403, the development team at Tillman focused on developing a classic winter glove that is timeless in its look.  The 1403 is just that, a black Goatskin drivers style glove that captures a timeless tradition that looks good on the jobsite and a night out on the town.  “With its black leather color and cinched wrist, the 1403 offers a classic look that craftspeople to tradespeople or anyone who works in the cold will appreciate.  This glove is tough enough for the demands of the job site and looks great out on the town for date night,” said Shipley

The Tillman 1403 is available in four sizes, M-2XL, and are ideal for many industries including manufacturing, construction, maintenance, municipal services and, well, anywhere it’s cold.

Go to www.JTillman.com for more information on the Tillman 1403 glove and to locate a Tillman distributor.
